We had one of the worst experiences ordering from Bullionknot. We paid in full for a dress that never got delivered. Despite repeatedly contacting them, we received no response after payment was made. The courier company falsely marked the item as “delivered” even though we had clearly requested to collect it from their office. No one is willing to share the office address or take responsibility. This has not only wasted our money but completely ruined the mood of our event. Extremely disappointing and frustrating — we expected better service and communication. Would not recommend!
